Moving on from the mood of a delicate, floral, kindly feminine collection to the idea of a more primitive and wild -yet always so Dior- woman. This is what Raf Simons’ new Dior FW 15/16 collection was all about, it literally re-interpreted and contexualized today’s idea of elegance, staying true to the philosophy of the brand; Garçonne-ish suits, vynil boots, and furs. Inspired by animals and nature, by the savage, using animalier prints in a new innovative way and shaping them to every day life.
