I’m in New York for the next 10 days or so, I’ve actually been here for about a week already but had to make a quick 24 hour stop in LA for a work project. The airplane is becoming my second home- and yes I still hate flying.
I wanted something comfy and easy, but also stylish. Loose leather trousers and a sweater sounded like the perfect easy outfit, and I switched up my booties for my new Valentino’s during my meetings. I’ve always loved the rockstuds and have seen them in all shapes and colors. But the “noir” style and this height is my perfect pair.
A good pair of heels can absolutely make an outfit. Plus paying attention to the small, barely noticeable details- like the zippers on this sweater. It takes it from a normal gray sweater, to a fashionable trend piece if you look closely. Same with adding the white button up underneath. Easy tricks to play up a simple look.
