Two Thousand Fourteen

As we near the end of December, I'm taking time to reflect on the last 12 months...and they have certainly been chock-full of unexpected changes. Without a doubt, this was one of the most challenging years I have faced since starting my blog. I've dealt with some difficult health problems and I also had to transition from being a stay-at-home mom to a full-time working mom. I have been stretched beyond what I thought I could bear, but I have learned & grown so much as a result. And, in spite of all the hardships, it's also been a year rich with blessings: newly-formed friendships, memorable family trips and an even deeper appreciation for my work. I am so grateful for every single opportunity that has come my way, for the encouragement I've received from all those who visit & read PPF each day and for a husband who loves me (& tolerates me) through the highs and lows. Thank you for joining me on this journey & for your support of this site - I hope it continues to serve as a helpful resource for style inspiration, practical tips and budget-friendly fashion in the coming year!
