CHOCOLATE SHOCK



You know what my favorite thing to eat is? Chocolate. What else?
Yeah, not the crap that comes in a those cheap plastic wrapper at the store... I'm talking about high quality raw stuff that melts in your mouth and makes you flyyy. The kind you make yourself. It's so easy it's like a joke and the best part of it is that it's actually good for you. Mmmhm... goooood for you.


There's only 3 main ingredients in it: Coocnut oil, kakao and maple syrup. Then you can add some nuts or raisins or whatever you like and want. Peanuts and raisins seams to be a big favorite. ;)
So...Take 4-6 big table spoons of coconut oil, which is amazing for you. Relieves stress, promotes increased immunity, metabolism and weight loss, fights viruses, kidney problems, heart disease, high blood pressure and much more.
Stir in 6-10 table spoons cacao, depending on how dark you want the flavor. Cacao is super concentrated source of anti-oxidants, magnesium, chromium and vitamin C.
Add 1-2 tea spoons maple syrup, a natural alkalizing sweetener. Then poor it into some forms ( soft plastic ones work the best, easiest to get the pralines out) and top with the nuts. Leave in the freezer for a few minutes. Pure joy, that easy. :*
