CROW POSE AND A LITTLE VIDEO



Just a little sample video I did with Belinda at the Hyatt in Seoul! Hope u like it.

I'm working on my crow pose (bakasana). An easy way to get into crow is walking your feet in from a downward facing dog, bending your knees and elbows and coming up onto your tiptoes. Then slightly lean forward and put your weight on your arms and hands. There are two versions, you can either put your knees into your armpits or on the outside of your upper arms. Squeeze your legs in, while pushing your arms out. Not forgetting to use your core muscles and raising the back of your skull upwards.
