Coconut Nutella Banana Bites

I LOVE nutella and so does my toddler...check out this picture taken a few months back ....haha! Weird Camera angle I know....I'm sure most Moms understand the immediate fascination with a camera and how its near impossible to get them to step back! :)

My nutella lover boy also tends to be a picky eater. Remember my roundup of { Fun Toddler Lunches} to try to get him to eat more? Well, I have done a few of them and they seem to work. I also try to get more healthy foods inside his little growing body. My son loves fruit so I thought I would spruce up one of his favorites...Bananas! Again, its the little special touches that makes him more apt to try things. I put nutella on the bottom of the banana and rolled it in some toasted coconut. Put a few baking sticks in them and popped them in the freezer. Perfect treat!
