This weekend we decided to experiment with leftover Chicken Adobo and use all the easter eggs we have been making!
6 hard boiled eggs
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup pulled chicken adobo
salt
pepper
paprika
Cut the boiled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the egg yolks. Place the egg yolks in a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, and mash them with a fork. Stir in the chicken adobo, salt and pepper. Place the filling in a zip lock bag and carefully pipe them on the egg whites. Or you can just scoop the filling with a spoon one by one.
