Etsy In the Philippines, T'nalak is a traditional cloth made by the women of the T'boli from South Cotabato, Mindanao. These women are called "Dream weavers" as the designs and patterns of the are based on their dreams. It is used to make blankets and clothing but nowadays artists have been exploring the use of this material in furniture and home decor.
