Parfum Divin de Caudalie review

Parfum Divin de Caudalie £39 50ml

This is a review that has been sitting in my drafts for a few months now. I first tried Caudalie's Divine Oil years ago and above anything I fell in love with the scent. So when I heard Caudalie were bringing out a perfume version of the oil, I eagerly awaited the release and bought it as soon as it came out.

For those who are unfamiliar with oil, it has the most gorgeous scent. It's warming, woody, slightly floral and unlike any perfume I've come across before. Parfum Divin de Caudalie fortunately replicates the familiar scent rather well. The notes include rose, musk and vanilla and they work in harmony to create a comforting aroma. Caudalie's Parfum de Caudalie has a good sillage, if people get close I'm sure they'll pick up on it but it's not going to cause people to hold their noses when you are in close proximity to them. It's a rather soft fragrance that lasts well on the skin (I get about 9 hours wear).

The bottle is simple yet elegant, featuring a wooden top and a metallic black to yellow gradient. If you're shopping somewhere that stocks Caudalie, I'd definitely recommend giving it a sniff.
