Morgan & Jordan’s Fun and Flirty Historic Cocoa Village E-session

Morgan and Jordan are sooo adorably in love and it TOTALLY shows in these fun and flirty moments beautifully captured by Michelle Mock Photography. (I actually said yes to this submission in a heartbeat when I saw just how into one another they are!) They shot their e-session at the Historic Cocoa Village which provided a colorful backdrop with its quirky vintage shops and signage. Michelle’s here to share a bit more about the shoot:

Morgan contacted me to photograph their engagement session but requested I find a location that was lively and adventurous. Well in Melbourne, Florida there isn’t much adventure to be found, but we managed to settle on Downtown Historic Cocoa Village for their session. I was taken aback how these two completely forgot about me for their session! They were having so much fun and were so captivated by each other that I didn’t have to coach them or pose them at all! Their fun-loving adventurous personalities were contagious long after their session. Even as I was editing their session I found myself smiling because their laughter and joy are so contagious. Just a glance at their session will convince you whole-heartedly that true love exists.

Their love story in the pretty Morgan’s own words:

Funnily enough, Jordan and I met online. I had moved down to south L.A. and he was stationed at L.A. Air Force Base and we both used the same online dating site. He asked me out on a date and I graciously accepted. Never have I laughed so much on a first date. We talked mostly about our similar experiences growing up and then cracking each other up. I was so loopy from a long day at work, but I will never forget how his smile attracted me and how cute he was. It was there we discovered we had the same middle name! Rae for me and Ray for him.

When he realized I was his “One”, he proposed to me with a mail box! He painted our names on it and presented it to me with a little speech. The ring was not in the mail box but he later got down on one knee with “one more gift he almost forgot about.” It was so cute and clever and so very him.

While we dated and even now, while we’re engaged, I’ve come to realize that Jordan is my best friend. We communicate the same way, think the same way, behave the same way. Our days are filled with silly fist fights, playing with our cats, enjoying joint cooked meals, and relaxing to classic films or Doctor Who. Life is just brighter when we’re together with each other.

Our favorite thing together is just exploring. We love to go on adventures, big or small, because exploring is fun. We learn so much about each other as we go to continue learning new things. While he might not enjoy coffee or chocolate like I do, he makes sure to pay attention to what I like and constantly surprises me with them. He makes such an effort to treat me with surprises and thoughtful notes that I can’t help but love him more every second. I’m so excited to share my life with him, because he is completely and totally my other half.

Big thanks, Michelle, for sending your delightful images my way, and congratulations Morgan and Jordan! Happy wedding planning.
