Yesterday
I showed a bunch of long sleeved dresses and as promised, here are a few ways to style them. I chose one dress in particular, but these are so general that they can be done with any dress.
Outfit 1 - Over a Button Up This is so easy to do with a long sleeve dress (as long as it works with the neckline) and provides another layer for warmth. You can very easily do looks 2, 3, and 4 with a white button up underneath as well.
Shop Outfit #1: Shirt: Old Navy Dress: Old Navy Tights: Target Necklace: J.Crew Factory Shoes: Forever 21 Outfit 2 - With a Blazer Go with a neutral blazer, or get playful with a colorful one. I chose a sleeker bootie to streamline the look a little more. Plus, a fun windowpane scarf!
Shop Outfit #2: Dress: Old Navy Blazer: Choies Tights: Target Shoes: DSW Scarf: Forever 21 Outfit 3 - Under a Cardigan I love the look of a dress with a thicker cardigan. But, since all that drapey-ness needs an anchor I added a statement necklace. If it needs more, add a thin belt to pull together the look.
Shop Outfit #3: Dress: Old Navy Cardigan: Old Navy Tights: Target Shoes: Forever 21 Necklace: J.Crew Factory Outfit 4 - Under a Pullover This is a great way to get mileage out of your dresses. Wearing a pullover over them will make the dress function like a skirt. People won't even know you're wearing the dress again, and they'll think you just have a new skirt. ;)
I said earlier that you could add a white button up to any of these looks, but I think this one will look especially cute with one!
Shop Outfit #4: Sweater: Target Dress: Old Navy Tights: Target Shoes: H&M Have a fantastic weekend!
