Meal preparation: Traveling edition

My Spartan race is this Sunday so I had to take a trip to the States, but travelling doesn’t mean that I should not have a meal prep for the week.

Meal prepping when travelling is great for many reasons, It saves time and money and It helps you to avoid unhealthy choices.

So here’s a list of what I’ll be eating this week:

Lunch:

Whole wheat pasta with an Italian sauce

Green salad

Snacks:

Greek yogurt

Bananas

Apples

Sliced bell peppers

Dinner:

Sliced Tofurky sausage

Saute vegetables

Baked sweet potatoes

and voila!
