We spent our anniversary in Portland (Maine). I love Portland in the summer. Its just a wonderful New England City - small, quaint, and right on the water. Its so nice to stroll with Sam and just chat and stop into a local shop for coffee or ice cream. One thing we did on this trip was take a chocolate tour. Portland is a bit of a foodie town, so that was really fun. We had planned a lot of other things for the weekend like a anniversary dinner and exploring the cliffs, but we ended up just cuddling up with a movie in the evening and walking our pup. It was perfect :)
