Splurge vs. Steal: Romper

I adore rompers for a hot summer day. The shorts kind, I am firmly of the opinion that the long version is just wrong. But when its warm out, a little romper with a fun print looks put together while keeping you cool, and eliminates the possibility of flashing someone. It’s a win-win-win situation.
