Egg Shop

During fashion week my favorite little food guru Elana took me to Egg Shop. Egg Shop is exactly what it sounds like, they serve organic and locally sourced eggs sandwiches. It’s a cute casual little spot in the lower east side. They have a wide assortment of sandwiches to choose from and of course the ability to design your own, down to the sauce. Do not, I repeat do not miss out on the buttermilk biscuits with honey. Their sides in general are delicious. I love their bacon, and they offer a mean french toast as well.
