Happy Day all! It's Labour Day here in Ontario, Canada. A holiday, a day off work, a day that turned out to be sunny with a lovely breeze... what else could you ask for for the last long weekend of the summer?

Last week I finally got back to a bit of normalcy with the blog, but I've still been absent a lot from social media otherwise. I'll fill you all in why... eventually. I'm looking forward to getting back to the regular interaction that I've been able to have with other bloggers and my readers in the past. But I did get another two posts out as promised. Indigo (brightening) shampoo for blonds and silver topped folks, and for the comfort food craving, some grown up macaroni and cheese. It's indeed a favourite in this house!

Do you make money blogging?.... I want to share a little extra with you this week. People often ask if I make money from blogging and how to go about it. I do although not always monitary in compensation (sometimes in product) I've had some great opportunities to work with wonderful companies and review some great products.
