I admit that it was kind of difficult to think about what summer clothes put on the baggage while we were on Christmas!! I mean, it was too soon to think about summer… I didn’t buy too much before leaving Spain because we were coming to summer and stores were full of sweaters, coats,… However, I’m so thankful that some of those shops, magazines and websites bring summer clothes -resort collection- and some pieces from the upcoming season :) I know that none of us usually like to see that in January and tanned skin even less, but this year.. Thank you God, I was and I am more than happy :) It’s really complicated to feel like in summer when all I see in blogs are coats and scarves…

This dress was love at first sight. I loved the color, the shape, the detail of the cord on the side… I think it’s a very basic dress but with the right dose of chic, perfect for spring/summer!! There are so many situations where you can wear this dress: from a summer dinner to a walk at the sunset, as the base of your look of the day where you can change flat sandals for high heels at night… And yellow cheers up the tanned skin :) Of course, accessories have in this outfit a role play and as I always tell you when it comes to add accessories: keep the outfit basic and simple and add little twist with some accessories. That’s the key when you don’t want to look very excessive or you don’t to ruin the outfit because the clothes and the accessories don’t match at all. On the other side, FINALLY I can say that I have a pair of nude heels!! I’ve been looking for them for AGES (promise!) and at the end, I found them in one of my favorite shoes brand: Mas34. If you thought that mustard heels worked so good, well these are a basic that have to be in your closet as black high heels do. These work with everything as well ;)

I hope you are having such a nice week :) Here, both Monday and Tuesday are bank days because of carnivals but we didn’t want to stay here for 4 days, so we organized a last minute trip to Punta del Este, Uruguay! And I think that this weekend is going to be the first time I will feel that I’m in summer because of the sand and the ocean smell :) Can’t wait!!! Of course, I will share with you my trip on Instagram and we will bring the camera with us to take a lot of pictures :) Kiss!

Reconozco que fue complicado ponerme a pensar en plenas navidades qué ropa de verano meter en la maleta! Compré poco ante de venirnos, sobre todo pensando que veníamos al verano y que todas las tiendas estaban con abrigos, jerseis, etc… Sin embargo, gracias a Dios que algunas tiendas se adelantan y estando aquí es cuando he agradecido que las tiendas, revistas y webs se inunden de la pre-temporada o colección resort y empezar a ver todas las colecciones de verano :) En diciembre/enero no nos apetece ver shorts ideales y pieles semi bronceadas, pero yo que venía justo a éso, estaba más que feliz!

Este vestido me encantó por todo: por el color, la forma, el detalle del lazo… Creo que es un vestido sencillo pero chic, ideal para la primavera/verano!! Se me ocurren mil y una situaciones donde este vestido encaja a la perfección: desde cenas a paseos a último hora, como look del día que empiezas en sandalias y terminas en taconazos… Y el amarillo resalta muchísimo el bronceado :) Además, tal y como pasó en el anterior outfit, los accesorios son los que completan el look y para que resulte fácil incorporarlos a los looks sin miedo a fallar o resultar excesivos, lo mejor es optar por looks o piezas básicas que no nos den problemas. Por otro lado, tengo que decir que POR FIN tengo unos salones en color nude!!! No os hacéis una idea de la de tiempo que llevo en busca de unos (años, lo prometo!) y al final, como no, han sido de una de mis marcas de zapatos favoritas, Mas34. Os digo, si los mostaza os parecía que funcionaban bien y que combinan con todo, aun más estos en color nude! Son un básico en el armario después de los stilettos negros ;)

Espero que hayáis teniendo una semana genial :) Aquí, el lunes y martes es festivo por carnavales y como no nos queríamos quedar en casa los 4 días, nos hemos organizado un viaje de último minuto a Punta del Este, Uruguay! Creo que pisar la playa y el olor del mar van a hacer que de verdad me crea que estoy en verano, porque este tiempo lo he vivido como si fuese primavera, jeje! Ya os iré contando y haremos muchas fotos por allí :)
