21 Days of Yoga: Smoothies and Juicing



SUPER late on my post today (major technical difficulties with my computer). Since I am so late, I thought I would share something simple today.
So, it goes without saying, but, we reap what we fuel our bodies with. I can spend all day on my mat, and I can still feel like crap if I am fueling my body with junk. That being said, I am a mother of two toddlers. Currently, out of necessity and desperation, chicken nuggets and PB&J are two major food groups. The absolute only way I can insure I am getting the good fuel I need in is by juicing at home and making smoothies. Smoothies have always been a go-to for me. But lately, I have started dabbling in juicing at home, and I AM IN LOVE. Still, I don't have the art of juicing down, but I am pretty proficient in making a dang good smoothie.
So, from what newbie juicer and a self proclaimed smoothie aficionado, what are your favorite juicing/smoothie recipes?
