NO PRESSURE VALENTINE’S

Let’s take the pressure off, this Valentine’s I’m not up for getting into the red hued hype after the bleak month January was for us little spenders. No offense retailers and brands, but it is quite nice to spin off your own creativity and ideas on days like these, others include Mother’s Day, Father’s Day etc… It’s also important to remember that just because I didn’t want to buy something that was already put together for me, doesn’t mean I didn’t need a little hand or wanted to give any less. I wanted to think smarter, not harder. Thus, my no pressure Valentine’s included a treat for me, duh, and a treat for my long haired partner in crime. The way to his heart isn’t through his stomach, but gestures are cute right? First up I got my bake on, after a long hiatus from baking for no particular reason (I’m not going to be featuring recipe’s on here, it’s just not what my blog is about), I decided to get back into the alchemy that is baking and at the same time remembered why I love it so much.
