I spent the last few days in South Carolina for a much needed vacation. It was exactly what I needed for some R&R. Here are a few snapshots from when I visited Boone Hall Plantation right outside of Charleston. Does one of the pics look familiar? Boone Hall was where they filmed a couple of scenes for The Notebook and apparently where Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively tied the knot.

The weather was absolutely perfect and now I’m back in DC just in time for fall weather!
