Stila’s Waterproof Smudge Stick in Sand Dollar

One of the better metallic-silver eyeliners I’ve seen. The metallic-silvers from Urban Decay have an unfortunate tendency to clump up. Sand Dollar applies nicely and stays put. The brighter metallic doesn’t look quite as attractive smudged out, but it will smudge if you want to give that a go.
