A Test

As anyone who knows me will tell you, I’m a total perfectionist. I have a difficult time accepting mistakes, and I’ve been told more times than I can count that I’m hypercritical of myself…even when it comes to my nails. (It may be true.) And while this manicure garnered a number of compliments, I really don’t like it. The design had potential and I like the color combination, however, I did not execute it well. But, I forced myself to keep it for an entire week, just to prove that I can live with imperfection and I made it! I might try this design again but definitely not soon - I need to go with a sure thing next week!
