Escondido is an intimate dinner series hosted by santi of estancia culinaria (a local avocado farm and wedding venue) and kathryn of new york food company, and is described as “a dining experience unlike any other”. with craft cocktails that will knock your socks off, delicious wine pairings, and live entertaining, you feel as if you are transported to another time and place. kathryn of new york food company masterfully creates an incredible menu using locally grown and organic foods.
