LIFE ON MARS

Death Valley is known to be one of the most hostile places in the planet and it has been A DREAM of mine to see it for the longest time. Turns out that despite the fact that I got quite terrible weather during the road trip in Arizona and Palm Springs, winter is the perfect time to visit Death Valley because it can get HOT and its in fact the place where the hottest air temperature was recorded at 56.7 degrees Celsius ( 134 Fahrenheit ) in July 1913.

Being there made me feel like I was completely extracted from this planet, not a plant in sight, like I was on mars. Its such a strange feeling of loneliness and its surreal to think that you are in fact in the middle of nowhere for miles and miles. I will never forget this hostile but incredible place. Ever.
