Kenzo fun

A while ago I was in Paris to participate in a photoshoot with Kenzo Parfums as part of their

Kenzo Jeu d’Amour campaign. I must admit I was a little nervous as I haven’t played dress-up and being photographed with a team of professionals in a long time, I spend 80% of my time behind the lens photographing my regular clients for their respective blogs, please forgive me for looking a little lanky I’m still an amateur poser. The theme for the shoot was of course ‘seduction’ with a touch of playfulness, the photoshoot took place in the fabulous salsa venue at Latino Barrio in Bastille, it was a very fitting atmosphere with grand staircase, Cuban style bars, a mix of velvet and upholstery furnitures et al, it feels like I was standing on a dance floor at the Rivoli ballroom in London. For the look, I always go for my signature red lips, had my make-up did by Givenchy make up artiste, and wore a little black cocktail dress with pins exposing splits from ASOS and a pair of Stuart Weitzman dagger heels. My face has been prepped with Kenzo’s latest skincare line Kenzoki which I have fallen for – the Fresh Lotus Water and Moisturizing Skin Guardian are amongst my favourite must haves for hydration-obsessed beauty savvies, Kenzoki skincare are available at feelunique.com. I think the photographer Stanislas Liban did a uber great job with the portraits. Thank you team Kenzo for having me!
