Pancake day!

Today's Shrove Tuesday which means one thing! Eating lots of pancakes...

Pancakes in England are similar to crepes in France rather than the thicker fluffier pancakes in the US. I love both kinds of pancakes but on shrove Tuesday it is the thinner version we make in our house!

So tonight I will be making lots of pancakes using my gluten free pancake recipe and serving them with lemon juice & sugar (my favourite), as well as maple syrup or fresh blueberries with cream.
