When I Confuse One Artist for Carly Rae Jepsen I Get Nostalgic for the 90s

Today I was driving home from work and this song came on my radio.

I listened to it – the radio edit is not much longer than a Prince Edward Island stop light -and I thought to myself that it was Carly Rae Jepsen for sure. Apparently it’s someone called Keek.

Now I’m confused.

Is this what ageing feels like? Because for some reason it’s got me all nostalgic for things like “Call me Maybe” and random S Club 7 videos. Which always leads into Backstreet’s Back… Bye Bye Bye… and then a Will Smith dance party. Anyway, all I have to say is TGIF! (omg, remember Sabrina the Teenage Witch and BOY MEETS WORLD?! MR. FEENY?!)

So, I think it’s time to make a bowl of popcorn and get my 90s on. Happy weekend!
