Skin in-flight

I begin with a pretty cosmetic bag.
Skin IN-FLIGHT
Last week a patient was asking about air travel and how to keep her skin from feeling dry.
She travels back and forth to Japan for business and comes in regularly for damage control (AKA .. help me get my glow back!)
I came up with a few products that I take along on all air travel. Even short distances can be drying.
What better time to pamper yourself than when flying!
You will need to dispense the desired amount to clear security.
Love this BIODERMA. It's so gentle and helps start the make up removal process.

YONKA smells delicious and it's full of hydrating ingredients. A quick application is soothing and feels like a moisturizer soaking in my skin. It's easily removed with cotton rounds (no need for lots of water)

A little pricey, this is a wonderful mask. You can apply it and no one will know you have it on. (I wear masks all the time when I'm out walking my dog.. time management!)

This one I use at the office and women ask for it time and time again. Growth factors help soften fine lines and wrinkles.

You can remove the mask (or hydrate as needed) with a spray of Thermal Spring Water. This is wonderful for sensitive or compromised skin.

Speaking of water.. don't forget to stay hydrated on the inside too!
Keep your water glass filled and sip throughout your flight.
Add a serum to the mix!
TATA HARPER has a wonderful line of gentle, restorative, and balancing products ~ all with natural ingredients.

I like to take her travel pack when I travel.

Lips, hands... those dry areas. These are a must!

I always need to say that there are SO many products out there and because you and your skin are unique, it's impossible for me to always be right on with skin care options for you.
Take this information and think about it. Maybe there is something you'd like to try that's similar? That's okay. Finding the right products takes time.
Be kind to yourself.
