small gestures for trees

dearest friends,

we’ve been trying to save some citrus trees located in goodyear, arizona.

there has been red tape and 118 degree days. the trees are dying and we want to bring them here, to our farm, to share the love of oranges with you and everyone around us. We offer these trees a new home to grow and flourish.

the fight hasn’t been easy and we need your help, your voice, to echo our sentiment that the trees should live – even if you don’t live in the Valley of the Sun, your voice still counts.

in return, i will share with you the fruits of this labor. if you live here, come to our farm and pick some figs, oranges, grapefruit, mulberries, and pomegranates (when they are in season). come pet the llamas and goats or spend the day trying your hand at being a ranch hand.
