It’s Your Love Wedding

This It’s Your Love wedding will have you humming the Tim McGraw tune all day! But that’s not the only reason to love this rustic day.

As you will soon see, the entire day is glowing in hues of gold and copper. There are recycled tin can flower vases lined the wedding aisle, and the reception tables. Which added a touch of echo friendly chic to this lovely wedding. These and so many other details will have you wanting more. Rest assured, you can see all of the images captured by Jessica Connery Photography, by visiting the full gallery here.

Song Lyrics & Shipping Pallets

From the Bride: Guests made their way to the ceremony down an “aisle” where I placed hand painted posts with the lyrics to “It’s your Love by Tim McGraw”. My Family built an amazing wall from pallets that served as as the entrance to our ceremony.

Recycled Centerpieces

All of the tables had navy blue linens, and we used gold charger plates. I had my grandmother save hundreds of used veggie cans over the course of a year. I am very big into re-using things, and not spending unnecessary money on something you most likely won’t use again. We purchased the flowers in buckets and arranged them all in the cans. When you walked into the barn the navy and gold looked very sharp, while the different seasonal flowers gave the feel a sense of lightness.

Surprise Grooms Cake

I really wanted to do a groom’s cake for Tom as a surprise and we worked out a great design. I picked up some Toy Caterpillar equipment at Tractor Supply and a mock toy of his truck. Our regular cake was white with off white, gray and dark gray candy beads with gorgeous flowers on the front.
