Mermaid Nails: Zoya Nail Polish in Remy
Over the last year, I have seen a lot of fashion pieces that are inspired by mermaids. Gorgeous hues of blue and green that shimmer in the light, brought to life with sequins and jewels. I have been looking for a nail polish in a similar colour for ages and finally I have found it from Zoya.
Zoya Nail Polish in Remy*
The Zoya nail polish in Remy is the ultimate winter nail polish for me. It is a beautiful indigo with a copper and gold metallic glitter running through it. In some lights it looks blue, in others teal and in some it appears green but in all lights it is shimmery and multidimensional. To me, it really looks inspired by mermaids, what do you think?
Remy is from the Zoya Entice and Ignite Fall 2014 Collection. I love it but not just for the stunning colour. Remy applies incredibly evenly, it is very pigmented and opaque in one coat. It didn't take too long to dry and even with only one coat, this polish lasted a good 5 days on my nails before chipping which I find is pretty rare with more glittery nail varnishes.
