Up to speed

On April 12th at 7:58am this family of three became a family of four, with the arrival of a little boy, Finntan. So, here we are again... adjusting to life with a newborn. Add in a precocious 2.5-year-old girl, a new house, and the longest winter I've ever experienced and you've got one busy mamma (that's me).

As a result of these recent developments, my art practice has been put on the back burner while I adjust to being the caretaker of both a newborn and a toddler. The former of which requires constant care, while the latter requires constant stimulation! Luckily, my daughter is pretty good at playing by herself, but still needs the odd prompt. Hopefully in time my art will get back on track, in the meantime, yay motherhood?
