Field Day 2015 already proves to be one of the festivals that shouldn’t be missed this year with Patti Smith and Ride being confirmed amongst other class acts such as Caribou, DIIV or Django Django. Today’s brand-new line-up announcement was just a teaser for Monday 19 January, when more acts will be announced. However said ‘teaser’ packed a punch: Field Day confirmed that Mac De Marco will perform on Sunday 7 June in London’s Victoria Park. The Canadian minstrel recently made it in to the news for auctioning off his sneakers for $21,000 in the name of charity. In order to ease the wait for June the organisers put a →Spotify playlist together containing “Some of our faves, album tracks, b-sides; basically a deeper look into some of the killer music from the amazing artists we’ve got lined up to bring the summer vibes to Victoria Park in June.”
