I made this two-toned paper fan for Cinco de Mayo this year and I thought it would be fun to turn it Halloween by adding some jack-o-lantern faces onto them. I love how they turned out!
Materials: black and white twine, scissors, stapler, orange tissue paper, chipboard or cardstock, black paper, glue
Step 1: Follow the directions here to create the fans garland part
Step 2: Give them the jagged edges by by cutting into the sides.
Step 3: Cut out the pieces to create a jack-o-lantern face out of black paper.
Step 4: Glue the pieces on with some strong glue. I would recommend something stronger than a glue stick. Place the nose on the center fold and the eyes on the folds nearest it.
Donzo! Happy Halloween!
