These Terms of Service are effective as of September 22, 2008 until further notice.
Flavour of the Month AB ("FotM") provides its service ("Service") bloglovin.com(“bloglovin´”) to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). The TOS tells you what you can expect from the Service, and what bloglovin´ expects of you.
He/She who aspires to become a member on bloglovin´, to get access to all its functionality, has to complete the registration by truthfully leaving the information bloglovin´ demands. A completed registration creates a “User”, with a unique e-mail address and password.
The User shall understand that by completing the registration he/she has agreed to follow this agreement.
As a User you have the possibility to follow your favorite blogs and get an alert every time one of them have updated. You also have the possibility to claim your blog by completing the instructions that are written under Settings > My blog.
Manipulation of the statistics and top lists provided by bloglovin´ in anyway except by normal use of the service is not allowed and may lead to your account and any information you have provided being removed.
Users are responsible that no one else but the User gets access to his/her bloglovin´-account.
Users who have claimed their blog(s) have the possibility to create user generated information on bloglovin´ and he/she has to follow stricter rules.
Users are not allowed to publish information that in any way goes against bloglovin’s rules, this agreement or Swedish law.
Users aren’t allowed to use bloglovin´ for illegal activities or for distribution of material that is illegal or that can be experienced as offensive such as racial discrimination, bullying etc.
bloglovin´ has the right to, when suspecting that a User has violated this agreement or Swedish Law to without warning, partly or fully, remove and/or send the information that violates this agreement or Swedish law to a third person.
bloglovin´ may provide links to third party web sites. bloglovin´ has no control over these sites and is not responsible for their availability, does not endorse them, and is not responsible or liable for any content, goods, or services available from these sites. bloglovin´ will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available through these sites.
bloglovin´ does not take responsibility for content that bloglovin´ aggregates from blogs and news sites.
bloglovin´ does not take responsibility for Users own use of the web service. bloglovin´ does not take responsibility for information that Users have uploaded or made accessible on bloglovin´.
bloglovin´ does not take responsibility for loss of information due to a third party or in case of server failures.
The User can’t claim bloglovin´ responsible if their User-account has been hacked or used by a third person.
bloglovin´ stores all Users personal information in compliance with the Swedish personal information law ”PUL” (SFS 1998:204), and the law of electronic communication (SFS 2003:389). Flavour of the Month AB, organization number 556755-1998 takes responsibility for bloglovin´s Users. Please report errors to support@bloglovin.com
FotM uses automatic data processing to acquire and store information about bloglovin´s Users.
The User here by approves that the personal information he/she leaves by using bloglovin´ can be used for directed marketing to the User through present and future digital distribution channels, and to take out statistics on bloglovin´s users.
The User can cancel his or her account on bloglovin´ at any time and thereby terminate this agreement. After terminating your account FotM will delete the Users personal information.
FotM shall not distribute information about an individual User without their consent without getting their approval.
bloglovin´ has the right to within reasonable and/or required by law limit of time change this agreement. bloglovin´ also has the right to change or add functions/features, registration routines, technical specifications, and everything else that has to do with the web service.
bloglovin´ has the right to, without warning, cancel this agreement and membership if the member violates this agreement, Swedish Law, or acts indefensible.
The Terms, and your relationship with bloglovin´ under the Terms, shall be governed by Swedish law. You and bloglovin´ agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Stockholm to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that bloglovin´ shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
