I’ve been vegan since early April 2010, and until now haven’t been using it to lose weight - at least not to the extent I now plan to. The vegan lifestyle is devoid of murder, rape, cruelty, and speciesism, and I’ll never go back from it. I’m here to prove that being vegan is not only delicious [and easy], but also the healthiest way to drop weight.
