Summertime Style: decorating for entertainging outdoors

I'm hoping you all had a fabulous holiday weekend. When not spending time by the beautiful lake in Austin, I was sitting poolside with my family and friends. We ended up pulling pieces from indoors to outdoors to make the space feel more like we were relaxing in our living room. We were lounging outdoors hours after the sun went down. Now, I'm on the hunt for some fun indoor items to put outside permanently. Here are a few picks for the current look I am crushing on. . .

Every boho outdoor space needs a peacock chair. This one is only $266! Take a simple rug in pretty blush colors, feel free to layer a few different looks. I like this fringe rug too. These small carved wood tables make the perfect outdoor side tables. I found a great source on Etsy for moroccan poufs. This beige one looks so good and is a total steal! A chic round rattan tray is the ultimate for entertaining outside. I love this lumbar shaped pink pillow, it goes perfectly in this setting. Wedding blanket pillows also give some fun texture to your outdoor space. When outdoor entertaining, I also love the glass altar candles that you can find at any dollar store.

In addition to these fabulous things, I am also a huge fan of Mexican serapes to add color to your outdoor space. You can grab them anywhere, especially when on Summer vacation in Mexico. Urban outfitters has some pretty ones you can scoop up.
