How much to charge for a blog post

Wondering how much to charge for a blog post? We recently surveyed our members to get a feel for what the standard rates for sponsored blog posts are based on page views per month. We have taken the survey responses and created a rate card. These rates are merely a suggestion that might prove to be helpful. We only looked at pageviews per month, but there are several other factors to consider when pricing your work: 1. How much time will it take to complete the blog post? Is it a simple outfit of the day post, or are you creating a recipe from scratch? 2. Are there other perks? Are you receiving clothing or other products? 3. How many followers do you have on social media? If you have a significant amount of followers on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter you can charge extra to promote your work on those platforms. If you have under 10,000 Pageviews, we recommending charging based on the time the assignment will require. 10k Pageviews – $200 – $300 20k Pageviews – $300 – $400 40k Pageviews – $400 – $500 60k Pageviews – $500 – $750 80k Pageviews – $750 – $1000 100 k Pageviews – $1,000 – $2,500 Have an opinion?
