Watercolor Wings Stamp Set, I am sure it will be a #1 seller!

Just want to say I am sorry I didn't get a post up on Tuesday. You all know how summer's can be. We had five delightful days of watching our 6 year old granddaughter and 3 year old grandson while their parents enjoyed a get away. So I am a bit behind this week, but it was so worth it! Love to hear little Isaac call me Grammy. He is the first of the 3 grandchildren to give me a nick name all the rest have been Grandma.

Today's card was created using the Watercolor Wings stamp set.

The butterfly is created using two step stamping. The base of the butterfly is Mint Macaron and the next layer is Lost Lagoon. It is going to be fun to see how creative I can get with color combinations using this set.

Cutting out the butterflies is a breeze using last year’s Butterflies Thinlits and this year Stampin’ Up! added the Bold Butterfly framelits. Beautiful cards are endless with this stamp set and coordinating Big Shot dies.

The intricate butterfly is cut out with the new Bold Butterfly Framelit using Vellum cardstock. I absolutely love the new Mint Macaron cardstock and the Lost Lagoon combination.

And the embossed butterflies are created with the New Fluttering Embossing Folder. And the cotton ribbon is new also and comes in all the 2014-2016 In-Colors.

This card is one that is part of or Border Bundles.

I really feel that this years new in colors are great accompaniments to some of the core Stampin' Up! colors.

Leave a comment to let me know which is your favorite new 2015-2017 In-Color!
