I’ve been on the hunt for a new signature scent that really compliments and embodies my new self and also to get into the spirit of the new spring season! Scent is huge for me and I love nothing more when people compliment me on the perfume I’m wearing. I had heard that Tory Burch introduced a trio of fresh floral fragrances that were inspired by the flowers and colors of her garden, each fragrance capturing elements of her style. I loved the personal story behind the Jolie Fleur Collection and I immediately fell in love with the Verte Eau de Parfum at first scent. The key notes of Lily of the Valley, Jasmine, and Mandarin perfectly captures an effortless, easygoing soul which I can really relate to now more than ever.. feeling so complete and comfortable with the person I am at this stage in my life. It also brings me back memories of my childhood, the house me and my sisters grew up in, summers out east—everything that brings me complete joy. More than anything, my childhood since one of my favorite things to do when I was younger was help my Mom pick out fresh flowers from our garden before she had guests. Our home was always full of fresh flowers and I’ve always tried to recreate that in my own home. It’s amazing what fresh flowers can simply do to a room!
