Sip Sip Hooray: Berry Beer Punch Recipe

My husband is the resident beer drinker in our household, and I thought I didn’t really like beer (bad college party beer memories, yuck). That is UNTIL I experimented using it to make a berry beer punch, and now I’m hooked. You can whip it up and keep a pitcher in your fridge for last minute spring and summer soirees. It’s truly delightful and refreshing! Who knew beer was so great in a punch?

Oh, P.S. If you need an “official” excuse to make this berry beer punch, April 7th is National Beer Day. I don’t know who comes up with these food beverage holidays, but we obviously shouldn’t question it, right? We should clearly whip ourselves to the grocery, mix up a pitcher, and sip away. All in the name of our national holidays.

I’m debating whether I have time to pull off a beach trip this summer. Blakely (my soon to be 2 year old) has yet to see the beach and having grown up on the coast myself, this is just a tragedy. Nashville is landlocked, however, so it’s not a quick drive to the beach. Most Nashvillians visit the 30A area in Florida so if you have recommendations, let me know. Back to the case in point, this beer punch would be oh so refreshing to sip on a beach trip. Or anytime you need a fruity little signature cocktail. It’s pink too, score!
