45 Minute Full Body Circuit Workout

Hey Guys! I just got done teaching another awesome Circuit Class and I wanted to share with you all! I particularly loved this one because it incorporated full body moves (my favorite) and the short bursts of cardio worked throughout are killer. We were all dripping in sweat by the time the 45 minutes was over. Remember to warm up for 5 minnutes with light cardio and if you want to finish with 5 minutes of abs, you will have yourself just about an hour workout.
