“It’s A Boy” Onesie Album

Hello! Shellye here today with a simply sweet “onesie” shaped mini album using the new “It’s A Boy” Collection and the “Outfitting Baby” cut file from Silhouette.

To get started, I altered the cut file so that only the onesie shape was present. Next, I resized the shape to measure approximately 5.75”W X 6”H. I placed a single sheet of 12X12 patterned paper onto the mat and cut the shape four times from each 6X6 section of the sheet. Be sure to “flip” two of the images so that they match up when the front and back are adhered together. One 12X12 sheet of paper will yield two front/back pages for your album, so just use as many cuts as you’d like!

I used the largest scallop circle die from the Nested Scallop Dies set to cut photo mats from various 6X6 Paper Pad papers. Next, I printed my photos to a wallet size and cropped as needed. Pieces from the Ephemera Pack, Stickers and Chipboard pieces were used to decorate the pages.

I softened some of the edges of the pictures by corner rounding them with a punch before attaching. A little foam adhesive on the backs of stickers and die-cuts add some extra dimension to the pages.

There are several very cute journal cards in the collection that can be mixed in between the pages too! I added this particular journal card with a little strand of chain that was secured around the ring holding the pages together.

Tie on a pretty bow and you have a grand brag book to share with family and friends!
