The Ultimate Little Black Dress

On Saturday I helped host a shower for my best friend here in Tulsa! She's having a little boy in September and I literally cannot wait for him to get here. (One of his presents was a hat, blanket, onsie from HERE - and it was a hit!). Anyway, I went with this black pencil dress for the shower - just to keep it simple! I'm pretty picky about anything pencil because of my body type but I really loved the fit of this dress. It's a closet staple that you can style a million different ways.
Thanks to each of you who kept me in your prayers over the weekend or sent well wishes. I am feeling fine, just really, really tired. As I was editing these photos, I noticed you can still see some of the adhesive on my arm/legs from the tape/electrodes.. I promise I took a shower! I just couldn't get it all off - they had stuck electrodes ALL over my body and I kept finding them on me - and when I pulled them off they pulled my fake tanner off, lol. And also, now that I've called attention to it - I now have so many bruises all over my arms and legs - I guess I fell over my desk chair when this happened so over the weekend the bruises started to appear.
