TV House is a Mediterranean villa designed by Paz Gersh Architecture Design in collaboration with interior architect Michal Keinan Sinai, located in Tel Aviv, Israel. This L-shaped modern home of concrete construction is comprised of 4,843 square feet (450 square meters) of living space, wrapped around a swimming pool and three different garden zones. A home catering to family living, the ground floor encompasses the public zones, including an open plan kitchen and dining area, library and a living room positioned around the pool area. The bedrooms are situated on the upper and lower levels, making the ground floor a transitional space between the master suite and lower bedrooms. The master suite, designed with wooden parquet flooring, opens out to a rooftop garden comprised of potted plants in steel containers. The ground level garden offers cultivated fauna acting as a backdrop to eucalyptus trees. The lower level features a private courtyard oasis, adjacent to the bedrooms.

Natural light is drawn into the interiors from floor to ceiling glass on the lower levels and diffused through teak louver panels on the upper master suite level. Sliding glass panels opens the main living areas to the outside terrace and swimming pool, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out. The contemporary architecture combines both local references and Mediterranean elements.
