Renovated triplex in Barcelona showcasing black and white (One Kindesign)

This stunning triplex home hovers over the Barcelona, Spain skyline, renovated by interior designer Bruno Reymond, owner of the shop La Maison de l’Elephant. The designer’s shop is situated in Ibiza, and he designed this striking vacation home to live off season. When he purchased the home, it was uninhabited and had not been renovated for the past twenty years. The interiors were very compartmentalized and in need of being open up and letting natural light penetrate the spaces. Spread out over three levels, the designer let his imagination run wild, creating bold and stylish interiors that are an eclectic mix of styles. Over the course of the renovation, walls were torn down to create generous living surfaces with four bedrooms.

The elephant head at the entrance to the home is a lacquered bronze with automotive paint, symbolizing the identity of the store La Maison de l’Elephant. Welcoming you into the home is a Swedish chair and a console table from 1971. We love the glossy wood flooring against the monochromatic color scheme of black and white with pops of yellow and red used sparsely. A very cool pad, perfect for a bachelor, what do you think?
