Friday Finds – Mug Mania

If you’re anything like me, you will own a hell of a lot of mugs. What makes it worse is that I don’t even drink hot drinks! Although, I get my use out of the large ones when I make a soup; I still have an obsession with having my cupboards full of wonderful mugs.

It’s been a little bit of an ‘In with the new, Out with the old’ week, with continuing to de-clutter our home. I think I need to now reward my kitchen cupboard with some new crockery, and I’ve managed to narrow down to my favourite mugs I’ve spotted online and in store this week.

Homegrown Monogram Mug, Anthropologie

I have a slight obsession with mugs with initials and monogrammed letters on. Scarp that! I have an obsession with pretty much anything with my initial on. Anthropologie always has the best mugs, and I love the colourful designs on these.

Jumbo Mug with Font Inside in Light Pink, Tesco
I also love mugs with cute messages printed inside. It’s always a nice detail. The Jumbo Mug from Tesco is available in different colours and messages. I want one in every colour!

Bombay Duck Bisous Hearts Mugs, Lily Rose Co.
A firm favourite in my Online Shop, is our Bisous Hearts Mugs by Bombay Duck. Featuring such a cute heart pattern, they come in a pretty pink gift box – so are perfect to give as a gift.

‘&’ Alphabetty Mug, Qtique
Made in the UK, the handmade typography mug with an illustrated ampersand design printed oozes plenty of character. I love that the mugs by Qtique are made with English earthenware.

Kyoto Hand-Painted Striped Mug, Marks and Spencers
The delicate hand-painted textures on the Kyoto mug by M&S makes such a perfect neutral design. I don’t tend to match my mugs, nor buy them in a set. But, owning some mugs which would work well together with different patterns will always help make them look like they belong in my collection.

Are you a mug addict like me? Ever wondered how many we actually own??
