I'm Alexis Villery, an Austin family attorney escaping from the legal world to the literary one. I'm a fan of college football (Hook 'Em) and Reality TV Shows. I call myself an amateur cook and am lucky to have a guinea pig taste-tester in my Hubby. My love for books has continued through childhood, two degrees, a rollercoaster ride as a high school English teacher, and all the stress of becoming a lawyer and practicing law.
