You guys might remember these Peanut Butter Protein Balls from the other day (I also posted them on Instagram), so I wanted to “officially” share the recipe on CNC.
These protein balls are seriously the best, especially if you’re a peanut butter lover, and so easy to make. I typically make a batch of them on Sunday and then snack on them all week long (before after workouts and as a sweet treat). They’re definitely a go-to for me nowadays, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
Ingredients:
Directions: Combine ingredients in a large bowl. (If batter is too dry, add more honey or a splash of water.) Roll and press batter into 1-inch balls. Store in the refrigerator in a plastic container for up to one week.
Makes 12 balls
