Twenty minutes TOTAL for this delicious, healthy, and easy chicken parmesan soup to be on your table! This is a soup the entire family will go nuts over!
In the three Christmases the toddler has had, he has never touched the Christmas tree; he’s just looked at it and admired it. I wasn’t sure why people made comments about the Christmas tree being ruined by a baby because mine never got within two feet of it.
Flash forward to my second little boy and in the first day it was decorated, quite a toll had been taken on that poor tree. The entire bottom 2 feet of the tree is bare, 3 new ornaments were shattered, at least 6 ornaments have been pulled apart, the cute fabric “Santa ornaments” now have some stains from being kissed with a not quite clean mouth, and the berry sprigs do not look anything like sprigs anymore.
I can’t keep him away from it!
The few days since Thanksgiving passed, have been packed with activities. Baking (of course), shopping, looking at Christmas trees, playing in the snow, watching kiddo Christmas movies, reading a book about Rudolph (x 238,0235), and coloring Christmas pictures.

Days that I don’t have all that much time to cook or days that I forget to fill up my crockpot in the morning… Enter: this TWENTY MINUTE soup. I’m not even kidding — 20 minutes or less from the minute you enter the kitchen to dishing this soup into bowls.
